Please let me know which doll you would like and any questions that you may have. I will email a response as soon as I hear from you.
(Note: Payment can be made by PayPal or credit card. I will send a link to do this once we mutually confirm everything.)
Riviera House, 22 Ipsley Drive, Broadbeach Waters, Queensland 4218, Australia
Once you have placed an order, I will get back to you straightaway to confirm everything, including a shipping date. Typically the doll takes about a week to arrive after shipping, although with COVID-19 I am finding that it can take longer.

Terms & Conditions
This website and all marketing materials are intended to provide a good representation of the doll that will be shipped to you. However, while using all reasonable efforts to provide as close a representation of the doll advertised as I can, I may have to change colours, fabrics, trimmings and the design of accessories if the doll is to be created following your order (as opposed to being on hand before an order is placed).
Payment & Shipping
Please note that I normally require a deposit for the Classic Porcelain dolls. Upon completion, I will send you photographs of the doll, confirmation of the agreed price as well as a request to reconfirm your "ship to" address. If you are happy, I will send you an electronic invoice by email with a link that you can use to pay by PayPal or credit card, then I will ship your doll as soon as final payment is received. If you are not happy, I will refund any deposits that may have been made and cancel the order (note: this has never happened before, but there's a first time for everything, they say!).
Dolls will be described on shipment documents as "original work of art", consequently by international customs convention, they should be free of customs duty - although if this is not the case in your country, any customs charges will be for your account. International customers are also responsible for any taxes (like VAT) that may be applicable in your own country which, if levied, should be based on the price of the doll (not shipping, handling and design costs) so the declared invoice value for any customs or tax assessment will be lower than the price shown on this site.
Should you need to return the doll because of in–transit damage, please first email me within two working days of receipt, with a 'phone number if possible, to obtain instructions. If you are instructed to return a damaged doll, it must be sent by surface mail unless otherwise agreed in writing. I will not credit customers for charges incurred such as brokerage, courier, airmail et cetera unless agreed upfront when the authorisation is given. Please note that I reserve the right to refuse a credit if the doll was not damaged during shipping.
